Reykjanes Honeymoon // Vera & Kevin

Reykjanes Honeymoon // Vera & Kevin

There was something in the effortless movements of Vera & Kevin combined with the dramatic light and surroundings that made this whole evening we spent with them so cinematic, even poetic at times…

Hvalfjörður Elopement // Jessica & Tim

When your wedding day is all about facing the elements, hiking up hills, scrambling down canyons and sharing single malt whiskey you are doing something right in our opinion…

Westfjords Wedding // María & Ingileif

Westfjords Wedding // María & Ingileif

So where to begin with this fairytale in the West fjords…? It seems that every time we visit that magical corner of Iceland the greater the adventures we experience. And this time around it wasn’t the weather or the dramatic landscapes that where the main instigator of the story, although they did a great job of setting the scene. No, the real heroes of this story are…

South Coast Wedding // Leanne & Craig

South Coast Wedding // Leanne & Craig

This summer wedding on the south coast has it all! A heartfelt, emotional and teary eyed ceremony under a secret waterfall. Hiking in the hills above said waterfall for some portraits. Exploring high sea cliffs towering over the black sand beaches, roaming around endless fields of wild lupine, making out in a filed of buttercups only to find yourself all of a sudden…

Iceland Wedding Photographer // Blake & Joanne

It took place in Árneshreppur in the Strandir region on the Westfjords of Iceland. A magical place you have to visit in person to truly understand. It's raw, mysterious, infinitely beautiful and remote, very remote. There is a small population that lives there year round, huddled together during the winter months blocked off from the rest of the country when the mountain passes fill up with snow. When summer comes for it's short visit the place is transformed into a paradise and paradise sounds like a good spot for a wedding.

Scotland Photographer // A Week in Scotland

Scotland Photographer // A Week in Scotland

After weeks in front of the computers editing images we decided to run away from it all in the beginning if December and spend some time among the trees in Scotland. We used the limited December daylight to explore the nature, castles and villages of the highlands. Driving along winding, narrow roads on the scary left side of the road. Wandering around lochs, hearing the wind in the…

We hiked a hill to check out a waterfall, jumped on some rocks at the beach, ate fish soup at the tiniest of restaurants and finally played in some puddles at sunset.
